Dr. Ruben Delgado is a highly experienced and dedicated loan signing agent at The Mackenzie Hunter Notary Group. He is well versed at handling various types of loan signings, including but not limited to: purchase transactions, refinances, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages. Dr. Ruben Delgado is certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association (NNA) and holds a California Notary Public Commission. He is also a member of the National Notary Association, where he stays up to date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices. When he is not assisting clients with their loan signings, Dr. Ruben Delgado may be found at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) where he teaches in the Management and Human Resources department at the College of Business Administration. With his extensive knowledge, expertise, and passion for client satisfaction, Dr. Ruben Delgado is a valued member of The Mackenzie Hunter Notary Group and an integral part of our commitment to providing exceptional loan signing services.
